The company was founded by Kyle Jarman in March of 2005.Kyle has been in the customer service business since 1989. He is married to his wife Kimberly and resides in Raleigh, N.C. Ken is Retired Military and has been married to his wife Joyce since 1959 continuously. We have 3 grown children. Kyle is the youngest of whom we are very proud. We are grandparents of 6. Ken has a wide range of experience including Electronics Tech., Technical Writing, Contracting and Contract Administration, Computer Programmer, Computer Systems Analyst, Data Processing Manager, Tax Preparer, Business Owner. With my experience I probably can relate to your situation and provide superior service to meet your needs.

Jonathan served in the Army after his high school graduation until 1995. He is a Gulf War veteran, and earned many service distinction medals during his tenure with the military. In the Mid 90’s he sold real estate until he transitioned to mortgage consultant in 1998. Jonathan has been married to Angela Hawley since 1989 and is the father to three daughters. Jonathan attends Hilltop church, and is the girl’s high school basketball coach for Hilltop Christian School. He joined Prestige Lending, Inc. on September of 2007, and is serving as our Fuquay Varina branch manager. Jonathan enjoys working with clients and uses a common sense courtesy approach to business. Jonathan uses his years of knowledge and experience to customize a mortgage that fits his clients’ needs.

Garrett Rock makes all his clients feel comfortable and confident from the start, with his sense of humor and dynamic personality. He goes above and beyond for his clients whether doing research on a home or negotiating the best deal, with unmatched tenacity. After earning his psychology degree and studying management in graduate school, Garrett worked with federal and state agencies rolling out new technologies and coordinating case management for Social Security. He brings that experience and the passion required to his Real Estate business.
